Honesty Smith is a Human Services professional and founder of 25° Of Stability™, a structured nine-week program focused on reconnecting the body, mind, and inner self through accountability and self-awareness. She holds an Associate of Applied Science in Human Services and is a Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA).

With a background as a union carpenter since 2006, she brings a foundation-driven approach to personal development and community growth. As a board member, she contributes leadership, structure, and a commitment to building strong individuals from within.
